In search of my true self…

The thought of having one is kinda romantic? Haha…

 Maybe so, but… i’m sure most of us has one, no matter how silly or stupid.  Now looking back at our younger self  “what was i thinking”, “That’s so not me” might appear in one’s thought.

People change, well not an 180 degree one if you know what i mean, their basic nature is hard to change tho. People change to match/blend in their surroundings. Sometimes, that’s not a bad thing,  yet somehow it feels like we lost an important part of ourself…

Haha… something must be wrong with me today, to start ranting about stuff like that.

Okay, to less gloomy stuff.

As you might noticed, the poster of ”
The Place Promised in Our Early Days  (雲のむこう、約束の場所)” is at the top right corner of this post and the title actually matches this anime movie… What does this mean?

Well… I don’t really carry any resentment or bitter feelings towards our man’s best friend. 

But i think after what happened yesterday morning, i think such little resentment should be allowed to, no?

So, what exactly happened yesterday?

It started out as usual, i unlocked my bicycle to cycle to my workplace. (Yeah, it’s troublesome to spend like 10+ minutes to get to my workplace from the bus-stop, so i moved a bicycle there) On the way there, i was cycling and minding my own business, when this pack of dogs appeared out of no  where… 

You know how people say that when you start out writing you will need a title first?

 Well, i decided to ignore that rule for now. Since i think why bother cracking your head open to find a title?  *cough* LAZY *cough*

Ahem… Anyways, if you are wondering why a shrunken youtube video on the right. It’s me fiddling around with the size resolution of the player. Go play around with them too ;)

Why did i bother to do that?

Well, i personally felt that since it was only a audio clip and no/not much visuals were included, this would suffice.

Ah…Almost forgot, the clip is actually a new recording of me playing “Someday the dream will end…” on my newly acquired Mountain Ocarina [G & C]. I’m rather happy how the tunes on the ocarina sounded, it was sharper then my previous plastic one.

There you go! I chose the wallpaper from 5cm Per Second because of the blue blue sky! Did some minor editing and it became like this:

Just discovered that you are able to play more then just .flv files with PSPtube.

The best thing is, it plays unconverted full sized (.avi, .mpg) files too. It might play more formats, but i was only able to test out a few formats at the moment.

What about MKV files?

Well… It was very choppy and the sound didn’t come out as well. I suggest you people stick to .avi files instead.

Anydraw back besides not being able to play MKV files?

You will not be able to rewind the video, forwarding speed is only at x2 at the moment.
